Founders with traction
but fragile growth.

The business is real. The expertise is genuine. The work is good. And yet important conversations keep requiring more explanation than they should. The right opportunities arrive with the wrong understanding. Growth feels like it depends on the founder being in every room.

This is not a performance problem. It is a formation problem. And it is the specific problem this advisory was built to address.

UK or UK-adjacent B2B founders leading their own company
Businesses with real traction — not beginners, not startups finding product-market fit
Intelligent, reflective founders who value thinking time and recognise the cost of narrative fragility
Not tactically obsessed, not price-sensitive, not looking for execution support
Founders who feel responsible for the story — and sense that it hasn't fully locked in yet
Precise scope

This is a specific kind of work.
Clarity about what it isn't matters as much as what it is.

This
Scheduled, structured, sustained advisory work

Unhurried.
Precise.
By design.

The work compounds over time. It does not produce meaningful results in a single session. The structure reflects that — sustained engagement, sufficient depth, no dilution.

Everything that happens between calls — the thinking, the reflection, the questions that surface — has a place. The shared workspace holds the work between sessions so nothing is lost and nothing has to be repeated.

Format
Bi-weekly 60-minute advisory calls
Scheduled in advance. No ad-hoc calls.
Between sessions
Shared workspace for preparation, reflection, and narrative diagnostics
All questions and observations have a place. Nothing waits for the next call to exist.
Scope
Narrative clarity, positioning, and strategic decisions only
No execution. No deliverables outside the advisory itself.
Minimum commitment
Six months
The formation logic does not surface in a first session. The work requires time to compound.
Availability
Five to seven clients at any one time
Limited by design, not by marketing. Each engagement receives the depth it requires.
Response time
24 to 48 hours via shared workspace
Not immediate. Considered.
What you leave with

A blueprint of the recovered, quantifiable pillars of the original belief, in your own words. An implementable structure across every branch of the business, without impacting any structural ongoing advancements.

How this works in practice

The boundaries are not restrictions.
They are the conditions for the work.

Scheduled calls only. The thinking that happens before a session is part of the work. Unscheduled calls prevent it.
All questions and observations go into the shared workspace. This creates a record of the thinking — not a to-do list.
No execution. The advisory produces clarity. What happens with that clarity is the founder's decision and the founder's work.
Six-month minimum because formation work does not produce its most important results in the first weeks. It compounds.
Five to seven clients maximum because the depth of presence this work requires cannot be maintained across a larger portfolio.
A founder who needs immediate execution support, an on-demand sounding board, or a deliverable-producing consultant will find this structure frustrating. That is the point of stating it clearly.

This will be right
for some founders.
Not all of them.

The founders who find this work most useful are those who have already tried the surface-level solutions — the rebrand, the messaging framework, the positioning workshop — and sensed that something deeper was still unresolved.

If you are still looking for a faster fix, a clearer funnel, or a better pitch, this is not the right engagement. Come back when those have run their course.

Right fit
You've refined the narrative and something still doesn't hold
Right fit
You know the informal version of your story is more interesting than the formal one
Right fit
You value thinking time and would pay to protect it
Right fit
You are not looking for someone to tell you what to do
Not a fit
You need execution support or a deliverable at the end of each session
Not a fit
You are in the early stages and still finding what the business actually is
If this is the right moment

There is no application form.
No discovery call.
Just a conversation.

If what you've read here named something you have been circling, reach out directly. A brief note about where you are and what you are trying to resolve is enough to start. If there is a current opening and the fit seems right, a conversation will follow.

The founders I work with don't want to be part of a portfolio. They want to stay untraceable. There is no public case study section on this site. That is not a gap — it is a description of the work.
